My versa started to go dim the other day, thought I bumped brightness settings, but now it has gone completely black. Seems like it's still working, but I cannot see anything. I've tried holding the left button and the bottom button together to restart, however nothing happens. Tried this several times. This watch is just a few months old. What are my options? Is the watch a goner??

@DarlaO welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is not turning even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on.
