I just received a replacement and the Fitbit is stuck on a screen saying i need to download the app in several different languages. I already have the app.
I have even reinstalled it and the watch will not come off this screen

That's all it will display until it has been through the setup process to connect it to your account.
In the app go to the account section and select "set up a device". Choose the Versa and it will step you through the setup. When complete, the display should be working ok.

Thank you for your reply I have tried this several times and it will not pick up the new versa
