Versa's blank Screen

My screen has suddenly gone blank...I can feel vibrations and the phone app is working just fine but dead screen. 

How can I get my screen back on?

@Banak welcome to our Fitbit forums and it's great to see you here @Hereford99! I'm happy to assist you both with your Versa watches since their screens are not turning on.

 

Since they vibrate, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. Finally, monitor your watches and see if they turn on.

I've done that several times. It goes off briefly and then comes back on
with just the blank screen. I tried to change the clock face in the app,
but it said that it couldn't connect to the device.
