My Fitbit isn't charging. It's been 4days, I've cleanes both watch and charging base. The base gets warm but doesn't charge. Ive tried different charging base from USB outlet to wall mount. My watch is completely dead so I can't reset it. Any suggestions?

I'd like to know if you tried the restart process as described in this help article. Also, let me know if your Versa vibrates when you plug it.
