Versa's display flashing continuously

Display is flashing continuously all stats are blank Battery fully charged. Have reset switched off etc but nothing working?

@Brionyboo welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is flashing and the stats show blank. I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Just make sure to sync your watch before the factory reset in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, change the clock fact to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
