Help i got my husband the versa for christmas and today the screen went blank I have tried restarting it multiple times and nothing

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also lists the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Once you've done these steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
