My Versa's screen stopped working just out of the blue. It only lits up a bit sometimes but doesn't display anything. I tried factory resetting, I tried leaving it alone so the battery would empty and then charge it again, no solution found on this forum works for me. Can somebody from Fitbit Support help me?

I'm having the same issue... ran on Sundat morning and noticed my wrist was getting hot. took off my watch and it was really hot. screen was black and I haven't been able to get ut to turn back in. tried pushing all the buttons. tried to charge for a night. still nothing.
