My daughter has a Fibit Versa. The icons for everything appear but no text is displaying. It's as if the text and background are the same color. I've done a factory reset ( I think) by watching a youtube video and it didn't change the font. Stupid me, I deleted the device from her phone and tried to reconnect. Now I can't connect because the 4 boxes with the 4 digit code are empty. Any help is appreciated.
