My Versa vibrates but screen lights are off. Counts my steps according to App but screen is blank, it even vibrates when I get a notification but no lights turn on. I have tried restarting by holding the 3 buttons  for 15 seconds. Not even the logo comes on.

@Kmonnet it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock fact to one developed by Fitbit. After this, check out if the display turns on.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I actually have still not received a response from the support team via email. I have checked my junk mail and there is no response.  It has been over a week since I filed the complaint.

@Kmonnet thank you for getting back! I contacted them again and told me that they sent you the email to the email address you have linked your Versa with. If the email is not there, let me know and I'll be happy to follow.
