Versa's distance is not showing on exercise summary

I have a Versa and it is linked to my Iphone. My location services are always on and full access is activated. However, whenever I run or walk (15 mins or more, as specified in my log options), my exercise summary never shows the distance. Only calories burned and steps... help? 😞

Hi @Rimmy, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't show your distance traveled on the exercise summary.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help article which explains how your Fitbit device calculates your distance traveled.

Finally, please check out this help page, which explains how you can use the GPS feature to capture your exercise.
