I tried to update my Versa watch a few days ago. The update failed and since then my watch is useless. I can't control it, the Fitbit logo appears for 10 seconds, then 10 seconds in total black.
Tried to turn it off / on but not responding to anything
What can I do?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
