My Versa isn’t vibrating when I get notifications. I’ve read through the posts on here about it, watched videos on YouTube, but can’t get it to work. Everything says to push the left button on my Versa, and a “notification” setting should appear. That’s not what I get when I push the left button. Where do I find the notifications setting on the Versa?

Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
