Bought a Fitbit Versa about 4 days ago and the left button has already stopped working. Tried normal reset and factory reset and both have done nothing.
Has this happened to anyone and how can I get it fixed?

@GiannaSandes welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its left button stopped working. By the way, thank you for trying a factory reset and a restart before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try cleaning cleaning around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or humidity that this part of the watch accumulates. After this, check out if the button works again.
