Versa won't sync

Okay lets make this easy lol,

After I updated it I started having issues. Nothing big at first. As of this week the thing is not working.

1. Screen goes black moments after removal from charger. Nothing works. No vibrations, no lights nothing.

2. Placing it back on charger shows the fitbit logo, loading and then 0% (Support states it shows 100%). It takes a few minutes and then the wallpaper pops up.

3. I have factory reset it... twice.

4. It will no longer pair up with my phone. (Tried restarting the app, my phone, the Bluetooth on and off. Also tried a few different ways to attempt pairing nothing works.)

 

So where are we now. It seems more people than just me are having this issue and its not a wallpaper issue as I have been using the same ones for a long time with no issues.

@CrysLank it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the syncing issue that your Versa was experiencing, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you did before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email recently. Please reply to their email in order to follow up and assist you accordingly.
