My left button was not working and support was no help. So, I tried using forced air and a pin to get out any dirt that might have been in there to no avail. Then I tried something drastic. I went swimming with it and while I was in the pool, I pressed the left button several times underwater. It worked! I am not officially recommending this I am just reporting my success.
