I changed phones from a galaxy to a iPhone 8 and keep having to re-sync the app to the phone, it constantly looses time on the Versa as well and unsyncs with the iPhone. I have uninstalled the fitbit app, powered off my phone, removed my device and added numerous times, powered off the versa numerous times. have trouble reconnecting many times.
this Versa is not that old to be having this many problems. getting really frustrated because I have had to do this daily - some times many times within the day to get it connected. never had problems before
please help - getting desperate and might need to return the versa.

@Andreaig it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the syncing issues that your Versa experienced with your iPhone 8, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.
I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
