Versa's screen and alarms stopped working properly

Recently my Fitbit Versa 1 has been working incorrectly. My screen sometimes doesn't turn on, other times my screen turns on but the touch screen doesn't work no matter what but the buttons work, and also my alarms aren't turning off. I have never taken my Fitbit Versa 1 into water, unless it has been light rain but never taken it into a shower or swimming. I also haven't had any hard hits with this and have been very careful with my Fitbit Versa 1. If anybody can help, that would be great.

@Nathan1214, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen and the alarms are not working properly.

 

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen works properly.

 

Finally, try turning off the alarms and turn them back on. After this, monitor your watch and see if the screen and the alarms issues get fixed.

I called customer service, and I told them everything that happened and they gave me the same advice. I did it, and haven't worn it in about a week and just started wearing it again today, and all of the problems are still the same and are still there.
