Versa's screen became black

Hi I hope someone can help

My versa decided to stop working randomly yesterday afternoon. There was no damage to the screen to cause it to be blank/not responding. 
It still works As it county’s my steps, alerts me my goals are reached etc. However the screen won’t return. 
I have tried to charge, the logo doesn’t pop up but it charges. I have tried to reboot, restart, Change clock, all solutions given on the forum but the screen doesn’t light up or change. It’s only over a year old and has been well looked after. I’m really disappointed as I rely on it for daily workouts and as a watch too. 
I have reached out to customer support but wondering if anything else has worked 
Can anyone relate?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
