Versa's screen became unresponsive

My Versa stopped recording steps and heart rate yesterday. I charged and restarted it several times today after reading the advice on the forums. When that didn’t work, I tried a factory reset. Now I just have a black screen and my Versa won’t restart. It’s about 18 months old.

@BMarsh90 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it became unresponsive even though you have restarted it and tried a factory reset before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates and turns its display on when plug it in the charger. If not, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party and see if the display turns on.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
