Ive had my fibit for 4-5 months now and have treated it very well with no damage to it.
Just a few days ago the screen went blank but I can still feel it vibrating and it is still syncing to my phone.
Ive tried contacting Fitbit support over Twitter but have received no reply.
Can somebody help me please?

@Shea_Heff welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since its display is not turning on.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the display turns on.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I have tried both these steps but still have a blank screen. No fit bit logo comes up when I hit the back and bottom bottoms.
This is quite frustrating as this is only a relatively new product.
