I have had my Versa since they came out 2 years ago. I use this watch almost every day for tracking workouts and I have had very few issues with it. It has been a great and consistent watch. Last night I put it on the charger as normal, at 3:30 am I woke up and put it on my wrist... everything was fine. By 5 am it was dead. Not the battery... but the screen. I could reboot it and see a backlight, and connect it to my app on my phone and it showed it was fully charged on the app, but I couldn't see anything on the screen. I tried multiple resets, including a factory reset which did finally show the fitbit logo, but after that nothing. Now I can't get it to do anything.. not connected to my phone, won't reboot, no lights.. nothing. Please help! I realize it is 2 years old, but it was working great at 3:30 am and all I did was put it on my wrist and go back to sleep.
