i put my versa on to charge as the screen went black. On checking to see if it was fully charged, the screen is still black. Nothing happening at all. What is the problem please?

Regarding the display issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. In case the issue persists, reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
