My versa has not been working for a few days, I thought it had just died completely, it was not turning on, and I could not to get it reset. This morning and yesterday my versa was vibrating at 7am, like my normal alarm was going off, but the screen shows nothing, and it was completely un-responsive to me pressing any buttons of any combination. It seems it is sort of working. I should also mention that it does still seem be syncing with my fit bit, at least it did once this morning.

@Megan19 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since its display won't turn on.
I would like to know if you tried the restart process as described in this help article. If so, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the screen works properly.
Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner.
See you later! ![]()
