Got up this morning Fitbit fully charged but not working. Can’t get it to re set or even light up

Mine works then doesn’t work. I’ve had a little less than 90 days now Past two days have been good but my water and weight logs on watch still don’t work

I emailed Fitbit direct. Followed all the instructions but it still didn’t work. They sent me a new one. Received it with in 2 days. Great service. Hope you get sorted out x
