My screen is not working. App shows it is fully charged and recording output. It also vibrates and has a faint light on screen but nothing appears on the screen. Have tried restarting a number of times but no luck. Any suggestions?

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party one. After this, check out if the display works properly.

My Fitbit is still not displaying metrics on the watch itself. It does collect it because I see my steps, calories, etc on the Fitbit app

@Cmolenaar i'm sorry for the late response. However, I'll be glad to assist you with the display issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, change the clock face by following the steps listed in this help page. Make sure to select one designed by Fitbit and see if the display turns on.
