Hello, my Versa stopped working yesterday. Device is fully charged but the screen is black. I cannot get it to turn on. Any suggestions with this problem?

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your last email soon. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Good morning, am I able to get the same help via email...my versa went down 24 hrs ago. It had 90% power. Now nothing??
