My phone says that i'm connected with my versa lite, but my versa is stuck on the screen that says : pair your phone in your settings app, under bluetooth.
I tried a lot of stuff already, but nothing works.
I get my messages on the screen and stuff, but i can't do anything.
Can someone help me please..

@Jakomien, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it asks you to pair your phone with the app.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Versa from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I can't even restart it! I pressed for 10seconds but nothing happened..
