Versa screen goes blank when I take it off charge, on the charger it is showing 100% charged but then dies, have tried reset but just goes blank after a few seconds. Had it about 2 years, can anything be done?

Hi @Alanh1978, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it turns off when you put it on the charger. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
