Versa's screen unresponsive

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After just four months of using my fitbit Versa the screen became unresponsive at first then died completely.

Bought it via Emag in Romania and they refused to exchange it saying they will FIX it. Is it possible?

And seriously now? How can one device be used only for 4 months and then just die considering the price and the brand?

I would like my money back!

@AnaMariaCo welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn its display on.

I'd like you try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I already did that, long before to send it to Emag. To no avail.
You should stop masking this problem you have with Versa. It is embarrassing.
Thank you
