My Fitbit Versa2 screen turns blank after sometime of its usage. Then it does not respond to any buttons or swipes on the screen. Its totally dark. so is it a faulty one? What to do to rectify this fault. Its absolutely new.

@babinia55, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen went blank and won't turn on.
I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

No it does not vibrate when given for charging. but vibrates when the left button is pressed. a green light flashes at the back. must be the sensor. I am charging it with my motoG5 charger. Is it OK ? The screen is still blank.

@babinia55, I'm sorry for the late response. Regarding your question, the charger of your Moto G5 is different from the Versa's charging cord. There it won't be possible. I would like to know how your watch behave after trying the troubleshooting steps that I shared previously. This info will help me to assist you accordingly.
