Versa's screen will not swipe

My screen will not swipe in any direction. And it won’t factory reset by holding the buttons.

@SAB1234, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the swiping issue that your Versa's screen experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as @SunsetRunner advised.
