My screen won’t turn on with the versa. I have tried the two buttons for 10 seconds. It is syncing and it is also vibrating when I get a message. It’s charged and even when charging doesn’t light up. Help.

Hi, repeat the two button method 4-6 times in a row untill you see each time the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

Hi, just to be certain: the two buttons are the left and right lower buttons. Try it again: press and hold these two buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo (might take more than 10 secs) and release the buttons. This should work unless there is a severe problem with your Versa. If this does not work, contact Customer Support and mention that you already did the "restart procedure" without any luck.

@Lisamcle Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is not turning on. By the way, thank you for trying the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.
If the issue persists, let us know and we'll be happy to follow up! 😀
