Last week my sensor completely stopped working on my Versa. I get no heartrate, no sleep tracking, my two most favorite things 😩. I also noticed I stopped getting the movement reminders and none of my notifications will come through. I have reset, restarted, and factory reset it and it still does not work. And of course my warranty was up last week 😭. Is it safe to say anything need to invest in a new one or does anyone else have any tricks up their sleeves?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, follow the steps described in this help page. These articles contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issues get fixed.

So I tried all these steps and nothing worked. Left it turned off for a day and retried and still nothing
