I initially thought just the side button wasn't working but then realized I couldn't get the screen to scroll without multiple tries or select an app. Also screen won't wake up like it should. Only a few months old, very frustrating. How do you fix it?

Hi @Northwoodsmom3, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.
I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the side button and screen stopped working.
Please try using a toothpick around the button in order to remove any dust or moisture that this part of the watch may accumulate.
After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article and see if both issues get fixed.
