Versa's steps not registered

for the last 3 days my app is taking the steps from my versa but the graph is showing no steps and any challenges im im arent recording the steps either ive uninastalled and re installed the app and nothings changed, also my fitbit no longer vibrates for notification or reminders to move can any one help.
