Versa's top right button not working

Anybody know why the button won't work? At first, the watch thought the button was always pressed, even when it wasn't. After a restart, the watch doesn't react to button presses at all.

@_Username2468_ welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the issues that your Versa is experiencing with the top right button, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have tried before contacting our forums.

 

Please try cleaning around the button with a toothpick. There are times that moisture or dust get around the button and affects the functionality. After this, press the button and see if it works properly.
