Versa's touch feature won’t work.

My Fitbit Versa was working fine then ran out of battery and since then it’s been temperamental.

It started by not showing it was charging. Then when it would turn on the touch didn’t work but display was fine and the 3 main buttons worked fine.

Tried deleting off my iPhone and reconnecting to it but I have a passcode on it and because the touch won’t work I can’t pair it.

Tried the reset and since then it’s just stayed black.

@LM21 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch feature won't work and won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Hi, I’ve done all this and changed the clock face so it’s an official Fitbit one (which it was already) and left on charge. Now it’s not even turning on. Very frustrating
