Versa's touchscreen doesn't work properly

The touch screen is not responding as well as when I first got the device. I have to press hard to get any type of response. Is there a fix for this?

@Jaxxfit welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touchscreen won't respond.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After restarting your Versa, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the touchscreen works properly.

Same here. I cant even swipe right or up or down. Just on the clock face and it is the original face.

Hi JuanJo,
I've tried restarting it a couple of times. My clock is one of the fitbit
ones so I'm not sure what the problem is. I recently had to get a
replacement because my fitbit suddenly started being unresponsive and did
not turn back on when I tried to restart it. This new one I've only had a
couple of months and the screen is becoming less and less responsive to
touch.
