My versa lite did the same thing yesterday 😢 I called the help center and they were very kind and sent a shipping label so I can return my Fitbit and have it replaced.

My Versa doesn't hold battery life for more than a day.. Was great when purchased Jan 2019, but over the last few days the battery life goes within a few hours.. I have factory reset and installed updates, but no different.. Any suggestions?
