My touch screen is not responding. I have read posts by others with the same issue. Answers were to hold the back button for 10 seconds. I have done that repeatedly and it doesn't solve the problem. I have seen others say the same thing. What I can't find is the next step to fix this, if there is one. My watch is 4 months old.
