Versa's touchscreen stopped working

Hi! My versa Won’t allow me to use any touch screen features. I have tried factor rebooting it which allows use of the touch screen for a few seconds (sometimes) and then goes back to not working. The buttons will still change the screen but can’t do anything beyond that!
