Hello,
i have a versa 2 i bought it a couple of months ago, My screen stopped working, the buttons are working but the touchscreen tap is not, i tried restarting it a couple of times sometimes it works temporarily then it comes back to the same issue. Any help?

Regarding the touchscreen issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
