Versa screen all black

My Versa screen went dark today. I accidentally drained the battery completely yesterday but I charged it all night, it had power this morning and half of the day. I noticed after lunch that the screen was dark so I tried all the reset tips to no avail. When I synced it to my phone it showed it was still connected to the app, just nothing on the screen. I read posts from others that it might have something to do with the most recent update?

Quite possibly a consequence of the Fitbit App update.

However it could also be a clock face issue.

As it's syncing try changing to a Fitbit clock face.

If you get a display, try turning off the Bluetooth on your phone and see if the battery lasts.

If it does then it's the bug with the Fitbit App.

You can also then try a restart using the button.

Only do a factory reset if your watch is under warranty, or as a very last resort in case it kills the watch.

Thanks for the assist, now it won’t do anything. I tried syncing but it doesn’t sync either. I don’t know. I switched over to my old Apple Watch for now. Everything did seem to coincide with the most recent update…

By now the watch is probably flat and off.

Turn off Bluetooth on the phone, charge the watch [Have a look at the suggestion posted here to make sure its charging or locate fault]

When charged turn on Bluetooth on the phone and restart the watch [push button briefly until a vibrate or logo appears] and try sync.

If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
