Versa screen and battery drainage issues

I got my fitbit versa yesterday for my birthday. I charged it to 100% and I have had it on for less than 24 hrs and it is at 55% now. I am also having issues with my screen. 1. I will go to swipe the page and it will stick and wiggle. 2. I will try to swipe and it will do nothing. 3. I will be in my app menu and not touching it at all and it will open an app in the top corners over and over.

@AmandaCH welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is not lasting as long as it should, the screen wiggles and the app opens other screens without touching it.

I'll go issue by issue in order to provide the correct solution and troubleshooting steps so you can be back on track.

Please follow the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.

After this, restart your Versa in order to fix the screen issues. You can find the restart steps in this help page.

Finally, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Once you've done all these steps, monitor your Versa and app behavior and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
