Versa won't hold charge

Is there any way to get more charge time out of my Versa? I've done the battery test it flunked I think but out of warranty time. Can't resale it (tried nobody wants a junk one) any suggestions I'm only running the heartbeat and steps.

I can't get it to charge at all now and its completely dead. Going to buy
a new charger tonight. If that doesn't work I would say its broken for good.
Will try the steps if I can get it on.

No I can't get it to charge. I tried using one of my friends chargers and
that didn't work. It is completely dead, have did everything on your help
sights, any suggestions?

Thank you nothing has worked I have went to all the trouble shooting sites
I think it is not fixable.
