My Versa is just over 12mths old, last week whilst doing a workout, it went dead, I managed to factory reset it and all was fine, I did notice the battery draining faster but put it down to my own increased daily activities. Ultimately I was only getting 3 days battery, when I used to get up to 5 between charges.
It's happened again tonight, however now it's not resetting, using the button combinations, no matter how long I press them for, the backlight comes on but nothing else.
I'm attempting to charge it again now to see if that helps, but I'm feeling quite disappointed as I've recently signed up for premium and working out more/doing challenges and it's becoming too unreliable. 😞

Regarding the screen and battery issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
