Versa will not charge and screen is stuck black. This is the second versa that has done this it is out of warranty and was offered a 25% discount.
how long have your watches lasted? I can’t see spending another $150+ and replacing bands often after breaking if this is the norm.
sad because I live it when it works.

Hi @Shank, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup on the original unit.
