My Versa buttons aren't working. And when they do it doesn't let me back out of anything. I performed 2 factory resets and still nothing is working. The watch randomly vibrates, but doesn't show what caused it to do so. Sometimes the screen on the watch doesn't work either. Battery life is horrible now as well. Though, it doesn't show it is working while I'm wearing it. If I go to my dashboard it shows my steps and etc. I don't understand what's going on, but if anyone can give me pointers that would so helpful!

Hi @Seperdue, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa since it's experiencing buttons, screen, vibration and battery issues. I appreciate the time spent trying to get these issues resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed.
In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article. After this, try the tips listed in this help[ article in order to improve the battery life of your watch.

Hi!
I tried the restart process about 3-4 times and the heart rate isn't working at all. Everything else is fine, just the heart rate isn't being tracked.
