Versa screen became black

My versa is about to be two years old this coming summer 2020. It’s  been acting weird the past few days , this morning I took it off the charger and it was fine. Went to check the time and the screen was stripes. Did a factory reset and it stayed the same for awhile before turning black. It’s in great condition and no damage. How do I fix this? It’s like it just plain died on me. I do not want to go purchase another when nothing was wrong with it.

@Itsbach it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows stripes on the screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Hello I Changed my clock face back to a Fitbit one. It’s been black since yesterday, it synced last night and charged all night. It died apparently , so I have it charging now. It says my watch is connected but the screen is still black. I tried doing a reset again and nothing happened.
