I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Best AnswerI’ve gone thru all the trouble shooting. The device turns on and lights up but it is a grey screen and nothing else. After restarting, I receive the vibration, but the screen never displays the fitbit logo or anything else for that matter. The interface won’t even show to shut down the device. Notifications still get pushed and the alarms set still go off vibrating the device, but the screen is blank.

Best AnswerI'm having the same prob! I've tried everything I've seen via the message board. I even direct messaged fitbit on Twitter yesterday. I was told to try everything I already did again n still had no luck

Best AnswerI ended up calling customer support n a very nice gentleman ended up helping me. We tried changing the clock face to see if that worked n it didn't. Mine is still under warrantee so they r sending me a new one. He told me the screen went out. Hopefully this helps u!
